Mike Blaylock is a lifelong resident of Fort Smith and is President of Blaylock Heating & Air. He received his air conditioning training starting at an early age working with his dad, Mabry. Mike, a graduate of Northside High School, received formal training at Westark Community College, the University of Central Arkansas, and the York Institute for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. He has served as President of the Fort Smith Heat Pump Association, Vice-President of the Arkansas State Heat Pump Association, the Technical Advisory Committee of Northside High School, and was appointed as a board member for the Arkansas Licensing Board. Mike served on the steering committee that developed the comprehensive plan for the city of Fort Smith. Mike was a recipient of the “Frontier Award” in 2010. He has received numerous awards for outstanding sales and achievement in the past 28 years.
Chuck Hooks is our construction superintendent and a heating and air conditioning estimator.
Stan Burkhart is our HVAC service manager. He has over 40 years of experience in the air conditioning business.
Matthew Blaylock, Vice-President, is in charge of our plumbing department.
Kenneth Marrs is our plumbing construction supervisor.
